Fridah provides essential support to the executive team at The Legal Podcast Network, overseeing calendars, coordinating initiatives, and maintaining efficient workflows. A graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance), she brings a reliable and proactive approach to every task.

Outside of work, Fridah enjoys hiking, staying active through fitness, and exploring podcasts that spark her curiosity.

Helen Michael is an Administrative Assistant at The Legal Podcast Network, where she keeps the team organized with email management, data entry, and podcast transcription. Reliable and detail oriented, Helen ensures client requests are handled efficiently and supports the team in staying on top of priorities. Outside of work, she enjoys karaoke, reading self improvement books, and spending meaningful time with her family, activities that keep her inspired and motivated every day.
